INFORMATIVE - Article 13 of D.Lgs. n. 196 of thel 30 june 2003

As stipulated by law in article 13 of D.Lgs. n. 196 of thel 30 june 2003 (“ Code concerning the protection of personal data”), we are informing You on the manner we intend to deal with your personal data.

1. TREATMENT PORPOUSE
The treatment that we intend to carry on the data supplied by you has the following aims:
a) carrying out the service requested by you and/or any obligations arising from the conclusion of the stipulated contract;
b) administrative and accounting purposes as required by law, as they are related to the conclusion of the contract;
c) sending commercial information and advertising material either by your request or for sale promotion

2. MODALITY OF TREATMENT
The treatment will be done trough manual instrumentations, computer and telematics, with a logic closely related to the purpose for which they were collected, however, to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, in compliance with article 11 paragraph 1 of the legislation Decree no. 196, June 30th 2003.

3. OPTIONAL NATURE FOR THE RELEASE OF DATA AND POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES FOR THE REFUSAL TO ANSWER
The providing of the data is optional, any refusal to provide such data for the purpose referred to letter a), b) and c) in paragraph 1 of this information sheet could result in a non-execution of such service.

4. SCOPE FOR COMUNICATION AND DISTRIBUTION
Your personal data will be passed on to our managers and/or personnel dealing with your contract. Your personal data will NOT be passed on to other parties, nor will be a shared subject with exception of structural assistance related to our company, let alone the investigation of professionals studios or companies as they are partaking with the implementation of our services, let alone to meet. With fiscal and tax obligations connected to them.

5. IDENTITY OF OWNERSHIP AND LIABILITY AND OF HIS RAPPRESENTATIVE

to whom all communication must be addressed as legislated in article 7 of D.Lgs. 196/03 by registered letter.

6. JURISDICTION
For any possible dispute, between you and the company responsible for the service or others that may have collaborated, are collaborating or will be collaborating with our company, the client accepts the jurisdiction of the Italian Government and, in any case, the application of Italian Law regardless their address or place of residence.
TURIN will be the competent forum of Jurisdiction.

7. RIGHTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL
At any moment you have the power to exercise your rights, with regards to the services provided by the company responsible, as legislated in article7 of D.Lgs. 196/03.
